You retain ownership of all content you create using Air Copy. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service. AI-generated content created through our platform is yours to use as you see fit.
You agree not to use Air Copy to generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
We strive to keep Air Copy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Air Copy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Air Copy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
